Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price contract modification to BAE Systems Aerospace Incorporated, One Hazeltine Way, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1606. The contract modification will provide for the procurement of 2 (two) new CSA MK 2 Mod 1 Countermeasure Cable System Shipsets. As the only producer of CSA MK 2 Mod 1 devices to date, BAE possesses the corporate knowledge, data, personnel, facilities, and unique test capabilities needed to perform the work and satisfy the low production delivery requirements. No other source has the unique qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact BAE Systems directly.
