Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation; Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required. Delivery requested: 195 DARO; Quantity: 154 each, Line 0001 for 120 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA; Line 0002 for 34 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA. See Note 26.
