- The work consists of remodeling an existing restroom building to add a shower room. All work shall be done in accordance with Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) and American With Disabilities Act (ADA). Project site is located in Marion County, Salem District, Oregon. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work is September 24, 2001 and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
