Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to expand existing chiller plant at the VA Medical Center located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77030 in strict accordance with the governing specifications and drawings. The projects includes, but is not limited to, 2 chillers, cooling towers, high/low voltage switchgear, chilled water piping, fire alarm system, controls and all associated MEP requirements. Request for Quotation documents will be available on August 1, 2001 and all proposed quotations to be submitted to the attention of the Contracting Officer no later than September 4, 2001 by COB. Cost range is $1M -- $5M. All responsible sources may submit RFQ documentation, which will be considered by this agency.
