Description

The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to conduct (1) construct new walks; (2) remove and replace existing walks or slabs; (3) overlay existing walks or slabs; (4) construct and remove curbs; (5) construct handicap ramps; (6) construct paved ditches and minor drainage items; and (7) complete minor miscellaneous related work. This project is an Indefinite Quantity Type contract and (work will be performed on Task Orders). This project is set-aside for small business concerns. Time for completion is 12 months for Base Year plus 24 additional months for Option Years if the option is executed. Cost estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation will issue on or about July 24, 2001 and must be downloaded from the Naval Facilities E-Solicitation Website at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil.
