Description

Furnish all plant equipment, materials, labor and transportation to perform completely all operations to install new standing seam metal roof system over existing flat roofs. Roof system is to include framing, supports, gutters, downspouts, including buried piping and connections to existing subsurface storm sewer system. Positive drainage away from each building and attic lighting will be provided. This acquisition is unrestricted and award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program for Designated Industry Groups. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and 5,000,000. Solicitation shall consist of a Base Bid plus two separately priced options. Duration of the contract is approximately 175 days (Base Bid Only). All request for this project must be in writing and accompanied with a $40.00 check or money order made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. This is a nonrefundable fee. Project is available on CD-ROM free of charge, however bidders will be responsible for all printing cost. Bid package will be available on or about 30 JUL 01.
