Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, labor, materials, equipment, permits, license, and supervision for Canopy Replacement and Access Upgrade, Project 544-01-125, at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes but is not limited to pavement demolition, grading, general demolition, plumbing, steel erection, site and building electrical, asphalt paving, HVAC, and landscaping. Estimated dollar value of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Estimated solicitation issue date is 7/30/01. Estimated bid opening date is 8/30/01. Drawings and specifications will be available on or about 7/30/01 at a cost of $50.00 per set (Non-Refundable) Cashier's check, certified check or money order only.
