Description

Provide all labor, equipment, materials, services, tools, transportation, supplies and incidentals for the preparation of the site and perform all work necessary for the construction of an approximately 1600 square foot facility, two fifty thousands gallon +/- fuel storage tanks, associated piping and valves, fuel filter storage building and canopy for the Nevada Air National Guard. The facility will be constructed at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The facility will consist of both administrative and industrial areas. The work includes but in not limited to: Demo of an existing facility, construction of a single story structure with concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry exterior and interior walls, standing seam metal roof over steel trusses, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, public address system, fire detection. Exterior work to include site work, excavation, concrete, asphalt paving, sewer, water, underground electrical, natural gas, and communications. The construction dollar range is 1,000,000 to 5,000,000 under SIC Code 1541.
