Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 15,180 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 13,796 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space. Occupancy date will be April 1, 2002. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: An area bounded on the West by Pine; on the North by Tuscaloosa; on the East by Cherry and on the South by Veterans. Unique Requirements: Space offered must in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be ?U? or ?L? shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking for clientele on site in accordance with local code. Employee parking on-site or within 200 feet is required for up to 55 employees.=20
