Description

Provide Homemaker and Home Health Aide Services to eligible veterans in Bernalillo, Sandoval and Valencia Counties, as well as sixteen (16) rural counties. The contractor must be JCAHO accredited, Medicare/Medicaid certified and have a current New Mexico State license. Prospective offerors must submit their request for solicitation in writing to the above. Solicitation shall be available on or about August 1, 2001. Multiple blanket ordering agreements may be awarded as a result of this notice. It is the intent of the Government to award for one year with two (2) one-year renewal options. Procurement is subject to FY 2002 funds. NAICS code for this procurement is 62412.
