Description

The following changes are made to the above original CBD announcement which was posted on June 25, 2001, PSA # 2876. Reference is made to the sentence that states "Criteria F through H are secondary and will only be used as a "tie-breaker," if necessary in ranking most highly qualified firms." The sentence is changed to read "Criteria F through G are secondary and will only be used as a "tie-breaker," if necessary in ranking most highly qualified firms." There is no paragraph H in the above mentioned CBD. All other CBD information remains the same.
