Description

U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Fisheries Statistics & Economics Division intends to negotiate on a sole source requirement with University of Delaware, College of Marine Studies, Newark, Delaware to provide a Fisheries Management Simulation Model. This will expand the existing simulation model to incorporate notake zones or marine protected areas into the repertoire of management regulations the program. The contractor must analyze for users based on the lasted published theoretical research. This is a notice on intent, and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 100023
