Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract based on unique capabilities with the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) to provide independent advisory and expert technical services in support of a Nationally Coordinated Program of Research, Development and Technology (RD&T)Programs.
