The following is added: Copies of solicitation SP0300-01-R-4026 can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://214.3.146.126/home. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Highlight "DSCP Subsistence" and click search. Locate the solicitation you wish to view and double click on the RFP number you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPS. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download. RFPS are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
