Description

Reply No Later Than 2 August 2001 Potential sources sought to participate in an Regional Incentive Agreement (RIA)for the regional standardization of Blood Collection Tubes. TRICARE Pacific Region 12, a military integrated delivery network (IDN), comprised of Army, Navy, and Air Force medical treatment facilities in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Japan (Including Okinawa),Korea, is considering standardizing and establishing a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for Blood Collection Tubes. A list of technical and clinical criteria, along with instructions will be provided to vendors, suppliers and manufacturers who are willing to participate, are holders of a Distribution and Pricing Agreement with the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP) and distribute products through DSCP's Prime Vendor program.
