Description

This is Western Area Power Administration's notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 41 USC 253(c)(1), with RFL Electronics the only known responsible source of supply. The award is to supply the following: 62 each of IMUX 2000 Terminal Configuration/ RFL IMUX 2000 Terminal T1 Multiplexer supplied in a 3RU 19 inch Rack Chassis w/Electrical DS1 Interface and 38-150 VDC Power Supply. 3 each of IMUX 2000 Mini-Dacs Configuration /RFL IMUX 2000 Mini-Dacs supplied in a 3RU 19 inch rack chassis w/DC Power Cable, 5 each of 38-150 VDC Power Supply Module, 5 each CM-3R Common Logic Module, 5 each MA-210R T1 Electrical Interface, 3 each of MA-215R T1 Electrical Interface w/DACS Connect, 12 each of VF-5A Dual CH 4W E&M Voice Module, 5 each of MA-301 Module Adapter for VF-5A, 7 each of VF-16A Dual CH FXS Voice Module, 7 each of MA-304 Module Adapter VF-16A w/Ring Generator, 5 each of DA-191A Async Data Module, 5 each of MA-420A 2 Port Module RS232 Adapter for DA-191A, 5 each of DS-64NC Nx64 Sync Data Module, 5 each of MA-413A V.35 DCS Module Adapter for DS-64NC, 2 each of MA-427 Ethernet Interface, 4 each of 1300 NM SM OIA Fiber Interface. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal containing sufficient technical data to demonstrate the capabilities of offered product. If no responses are received within 15 days of this notice, Western will pursue a sole source contract award with RFL Electronics.
