NSN: 2915-01-266-4507, IAW AMCOM Spares Technical Data Package 70351-08141-047, Rev D, Quantity 6 each. Applicable to the UH-60 helicopter. F.O.B. origin with parcel post deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 3 each 420 days after contract award (DACA) and 3 each one month thereafter. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 3 each 280 DACA and 3 each one month thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
