Description

Synopsis: This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Litton Laser, cage code 34860, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for purchase of 1 each Laser Transmitter Receiver, applicable to the LANTIRN Program, AN/AAQ-14 Program. Part number 60510990-49, NSN: 1270-01-365-9471. The required delivery schedule is 31 Jan 02. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in the CBD.
