Description

Synopsis: This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Litton Poly Scientific, cage code 99932, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for purchase of 1 each Slip Ring Deroll, applicable to the AN/AAQ-14 Program. Part number 717513640-079, NSN: 1270-01-472-6301AY. The required delivery schedule is 28 Feb 02. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in the CBD.
