Description

Shower building construction at the Diamond Lake Campground, 80 miles east of Roseburg, Oregon. Work includes restroom building demolition, site preparation, utilities, construction of a concrete masonry unit shower building, solar water heating syste, radiant floor heating system, PEX tubing, HVAC and electrical systems, parking, walkways and related site appurtenances. This is a Request for Proposals requiring compleiton of a Questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to masonry unit construction, solar water heating systems and radiant floor heating systems construction, PEX tubing construction, and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions.
