Description

Construction of one (1) landfill storage building and related appurtenances on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Shannon County, South Dakota. Duration of the contract will be for one-hundred and fifty (150) days from Notice to Proceed date. IFB No. 241-01-BI-3486 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There is a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is the award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
