Description

The Army requires a contract to construct 1/3 ADA Headquarters Building at Ft. Stewart, GA. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following: site preparation to include grading, paving, and utility extensions; provide engineered metal building, interior partitions, and finishes; and, provide mechanical and electrical systems. Performance is expected to be completed within 270 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A bid guarantee will be required. A site visit will be scheduled and set forth in the solicitation. Interested parties are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS/SIC 23332/1542. The small business size standard for this NAICS/SIC is $27.5M. A statutory cost limitation of $500,000 will apply to all work associated with this project.
