- Forest road repairs; Little River ERFO; 7 forest road failure project sites on the North Umpqua Ranger District 20-60 miles east of Roseburg, Oregon. Work includes excavation, embankment, culvert installation, sub-drain construction, riprap work, and related road repair activities. This is a Request for Proposals requiring completion of a Questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to forest road repairs, riprap placement and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. This project includes separately priced option items for related work. The project magnitude is in the range betwen $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code 234110. See Numbered note 27.
