Description

The work and services to be performed consists of renovation of seven historic barracks to currents barracks standards. Work includes, but is not limited to, reconfiguration of rooms, addition of kitchenettes, rewiring, replumbing, new fan coil units, renovation of mechanical and laundry rooms, addition of storage units, repair/replacement of windows, minor exterior finish, sidewalk repair, seismic reinforcing. The anticipated date for issuance is 23 July 2001. Estimated cost of proposed procurement: Over $10,000,000.00. NAICS Code: 23322. Approximate time of completion: 365 Calendar Days. The solicitation will be issued on CD-ROM ONLY or on the World Wide Web at Https://nwk-ebs.nwk.usace.army.mil/ebs/advertisedsolicitations.asp. Hard copies will not be available. Copies of the CD-ROM are limited to one per firm. Plan holders lists are available on this web site only. This solicitation is unrestricted.
