The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Business Center at Long Beach CA, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with The Team Approach of Brownstown, Pennsylvania. The purpose of this solicitation will be for the purchase of the 20/20 Insight Software System and Web Response Module as well as the organizational Unlimited Usage License.
