Description

Amendment to Submission No. 50P28, dated 14 June 2001. The bid opening date has been extended from 28 July 01 to 30 July 01. THE NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE IS $3.00. Prospective bidders interested in obtaining this solicitation MUST submit their request, along with either a certified check, cashiers check, company check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover card, (CHECKS MUST BE PAYABLE TO:"SUPERINTENDENT OF DOCUMENTS") and annoted with the applicable Solicitation number, and the determined amount to: DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICES (DAPS), 47 CHANDLER ST., NEWPORT, RI 02841. CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. One complete solicitation package will be sent via First Class mail. Any check received without a solicitation number annotated or not made out to the proper name and address will be returned unprocessed.
