Description

The contractor shall provide Music coordination and an Organist for the worship services at Bolling AFB, DC, Base Chapel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 711130 and the corresponding SIC Code is 7929 with the size standard being $5.0 million. Basic performance period is 1 Aug 2001 through 30 Sep 2001, with four (4) one-year options. This is a competitive best-value solicitation in which competing offerors past performance history and technical expertise is more important than price. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business contractors. The solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 12 Jul 2001: http://www.eps.gov. Closing date of this solicitation will be 25 Jul 2001. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. Prospective offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced web site. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be conducted.
