Description

The Minneapolis VAMC intends to negotiate a contract for Radiologist Services with Medical X-ray Consultants, Ltd., Eau Claire, WI. Radiologist Services are required in support of the VA staffed clinic (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) located on the campus of St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls, WI. The Radiologist Services to be purchased include reading general x-rays such as chest films and other non-invasive radiology procedures for emergent/urgent diagnosis and treatment of illness. The Contractor will provide the services of a Board Certified Radiologist to supervise the performance of radiology exams and interpretation of films to be done at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls, WI. Contract will provide all equipment, supplies, space and personnel to supply the services. Additional needs for radiology services will be bet through referrals to the Minneapolis VAMC. The contract will be for one-year period beginning approximately July 15, 2001 with four renewal options. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirement may respond by furnishing, in writing, the information which substantiates the offerors ability to provide the required services.
