Description

The Contractor shall provide all Management, Supervision, Labor, Supplies and Equipment, and shall plan schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services for Mechanical Operations and Maintenance at the Charles A. Halleck Federal Building, 230 North 4th Street, Lafayette, Indiana 47901. This contract is being solicited as a three year contract, with two additional option periods of one year each. This procurement is 100% set-aside and a negotiated procurement for small business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235950 with a size standard of $11.5 million GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only.
