Description

Morale, Welfare, & Recreation (MWR) Services for West Sound (WS), Naval Hospital Bremerton (NAVHOSPBREM), WA 98312 -- Programs shall be in accordance with accepted regulations and instructions. Executive over site of the Fitness center and related programs /services. NAVHOSPBREM will determine patron eligibility. Operation of the Fitness Center: Monday -- Friday 0500-2200, Saturday 0800-2200, Sunday/Holidays 1200-1800. Conduct Fitness related classes and services such as Aerobics classes, fitness consultations, and sports events. Incorporate the WS MWR Liberty Single Sailor Program for NAVHOSPBREM E1-E6 personnel that includes trips, tours, and outings. This program is a component of the West Sound MWR Single Sailor Program and ensures consistency and quality for eligible personnel. Provide wide dissemination and marketing of all programs and services available. WS MWR shall provide ie. Accounting, payroll, purchasing, personnel, and marketing services. NAVHOSPBREM shall provide ie. Requirements liaison and information for host reporting, custody of MWR fund, new or changes to instructions an/or regulations for financial management, budget functions, and maintain ownership and accountability for facilities and property. Billing/Payment Procedures: Administrative Fee: a twenty percent (20%) administrative fee will be charged to cover accounting services and labor costs incurred in administration of program. Costs: Services will be billed monthly based upon actual costs plus the administrative fee. These costs will include salaries and benefits in support of recreational programs. Agreement Review: Parties will meet at least quarterly to review services, programs, and costs. Single award for all items. Note 26 applies. This will be a web-posted solicitation. The solicitation will be posted to NECO website: Http://www.neco.navy.mil. No hard-copy solicitation or amendment documents will be distributed by the Government. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendment thereto. Subsequent amendments to the solicitation, if any, will be promulgated ONLY via the NECO website. Because this is a web-posted solicitation, a Solicitation Mailing List is not maintained by the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the referenced web site early and periodically for any solicitation amendments.
