Description

The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) is currently executing the final option under the subject contract with contract expiration of 30 September 2001. NIMA will extend the period of performance for option year IV through 31 December 2001. Additionally, the contract will be modified in order to support an additional transitional option period for 01 January 2002 through 31 December 2002. All other conditions remain unchanged. A new procurement for services after 31 December 2002 is pending. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A written response shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. See Note 22.
