Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the upgrade of the direct digital controller (DDC) systems in two (2) Company Headquarters buildings to allow trend logging analysis and diagnostic capability, and add additional monitoring points to monitor the chilled/hot water supply and chilled/hot water return temperatures and control air compressor and filter/dryer. Period of service will be no later than 31 December 2001. This proposed procurement is 100% set aside for Historically Black Colleges and University, and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs. Request for DACA42-01-T-0139 will be issued on or about 30 July 2001 with a closing date of 15 August 2001.
