Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 (acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Request for Quotation (RFQ) #673-128-01 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The request is for one (1) each NOVUS 2000 Laser Console with single delivery system port/and laserlink Z slit lamp adapter for novus to be compatible with Zeiss 30SL-M slit lamp.
