Description

This solicitation is to establish an indefinite quantity contract using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for supplies to support the Patriot Missile System depot level repair program, customers on a worldwide basis, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP) for an indefinite quantity contract with options. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of August 2, 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans, and drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period of one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Classes 5935,5950,5999. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
