Description

The work includes the provision of new aluminum storefront entrances and windows, interior finishes, patching existing EPDM roofing, electrical, modifications to the mechanical system; demolition work includes the removal of existing wood doors and frames and wood windows, removal and disposal of lead containing paint and asbestos materials, and incidental related work. Proposed contract is unrestricted, NAICS is 233320 (SIC 1542), Size Standard is $27.5 Million. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Plans and specs will be available on or about 31 July 2001. Bid opening date will be on or about 30 August 2001. There is a $88.32 NON-REFUNDABLE charge for this solicitation package. CD format is available for $14.43.
