Description

The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, renovations to existing facility 709 and the construction of an approximately 3000 square foot addition, including supporting architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and other utilities. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 233320. The approximate issue date will be 30 Jul 2001with an approximate response date of=20 29 Aug 2001. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The performance period is 250 days. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
