Description

The Army requires a contract for the construction of a Family Life Center at Fort Stewart, GA. Work includes but is not restricted to the following: Excavation and backfilling for buildings and utilities; Provision and installation of concrete slab and sidewalks; metal building system; brick veneer walls; storefront doors and framing; standing seam metal roof systems; metal doors/windows/frames; door hardware; resilient flooring and carpet; gypsum board ceilings and walls; paint systems for walls, ceilings, and doors; toilet accessories; operable panel wall system; plumbing fixtures and piping systems; heat pump systems and ductwork; electrical systems and lighting; kitchen equipment. The NAICS code for this project is 233320 and the size standard is $27.5M. Performance time is 180 days. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
