- Description
- This project involves the construction of a 1750 square foot addition to the existing Greenhorn Ranger District Office. The proposed structure is wood framed construction with a slab on grade foundation. The project also includes optional bid items for widening a hallway in the existing office, constructing a new vehicle wash rack at the work center, and remodeling the auto and welding shop. Estimated cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Estimated start work date is October 01, 2001. Estimated contract time is 120 days.
