THE FOLLOWING COMPLETES INFORMATION CONVEYED IN AN EARLIER POSTING FOR THE SAME REQUIREMENT, AND IS COMPRISED OF THIS INFORMATION POSTED PRIOR, AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHICH APPEARS FOR THE FIRST TIME: AMOUNT: Approximately 20,334 rentable sf, yielding no less than 16,945 usable square feet of Office and related space. Location: The space must be located in the Smyrna, Georgia area, within an area bounded by or fronting on the following: On the North by Windy Hill Rd., traveling east to Powers Ferry Rd., Powers Ferry Rd. to Interstate Parkway, West on Interstate Parkway to Windy Ridge Parkway, Windy Ridge Parkway to Cobb Parkway, North on Cobb Parkway to West on Lake Park Drive, Lake Park Dr. to Village Parkway, North on Village Parkway to Windy Hill Rd, (the point of origin). Required: All services, supplies, and utilities must be provided as part of the rental consideration, as well as amortization of Tenant Improvements. Occupancy: Space is required no later than December 29, 2001. Term: Lease term will be for 10 years with the Government having cancellation rights at any time after the 5 year firm term, upon 90 days' notice.
