Description

The Government is intereted in leasing 22,100 rentable sq.ft. of office and related space to yield ANSI BOMA usable space of 20,062 sq.ft. Projected occupancy is 4/1/02 or sooner. Lease term is 10 years firm. Delineated area: Chester St. on the East; University on the West; I-630 on the South; and the Arkansas River on the North. An estimated 5,000 sq.ft. of space will require a floor load capacity of 250 lbs. for files. There are 70-75 employees at this facility who will require parking. Parking should be on site or available within 300 feet of the offered building.
