Description

The US Access Board (Architectural Transportation Barrier Compliance Board) through the Dept of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a commercial item solicitation to acquire the services of a contractor to assist the Access Board in developing new guidelines by combining the two major Federal accessibility standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 into a single document. The solicitation should be released on or about July 24, 2001. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
