Description

Provide maintenance service on Johnson Controls energy Management System (EMS) and various equipment at VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN; main equipment is an Energy Control computer system that controls/regulates hospital-wide heating and cooling equipment, temperature for air handling, operator consultation, critical point verification, calibration, database copying, telephone assistance, enhancement engineering, administrative support, and project management, preventive maintenance materials and repair, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and holidays. Alternatively or in concert with preventive maintenance train in-house personnel to maintain same energy system and equipment. Base contract period is 10/1/01 through 9/30/02 with option to renew for two additional 12-month periods.
