- Numbered Note 22 with revision of due date to fifteen days after the date of this publication. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts requires a PeopleSoft Consultant/Analyst who has experience in, and has a working knowledge of, PeopleSoft's Federal Human Resources Software, Version 8.0 to conduct an assessment of the requirements of the government to upgrade from PeopleSoft Version 7.5.1 to Version 8.0. As Version 8.0 is new, only PeopleSoft personnel have been identified as the only source who have the required experience and familiarity with Version 8.0 to conduct this assessment. After analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If so, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended awardee and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Services offered must be against an existing GSA schedule with the offeror being the prime contractor on the schedule. All responsible sources will be considered. Interested sources shall submit pricing and technical information regarding this notice to the above address, Attn: Ms. Penny Starliper. Technical information must demonstrate their ability to satisfy this requirement. Such data shall include, as a minimum, a complete description of the proposed individual's experience and familiarity with the PeopleSoft Version 8.0 software, how the requirement will be met, pricing with all applicable discounts, GSA contract number, point of contact, past performance and experience where an offeror has provided this services to other clients, and any other pertinent information that will show your ability to provide the required services. Interested sources must also show that it is advantageous to the government to acquire the services through their firm.
