This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Supplies/Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT to Peck & Hale. Item 0001 50 MTC/1680 TIEDOWN ASSEMBLY (FEET) 275/EACH, Item 0002 15 MTC/1683 TIEDOWN ASSEMBLY (GRIPES) 75/EACH, Item 0003 H279-15 TIEDOWN ASSEMBLY GRIPES 150/EACH. Item 0004 APPLICABLE SHIPPING CHARGES TO NORFOLK VA. Closing Date of Quote is July 25, 2001, 1600 (4:00 PM) HOURS Eastern Standard Time. Facsimile Responses are preferred at 757-462-4110.
