Description

The work includes miscellaneous electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs, including drydocking.. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The time and place for the contractor's inspection is to be determined. The availability dates are tentatively set for 24 October 2001 through 8 February 2002 with work to take place at the contractor's plant. The place of performance is restricted to homeport (Norfolk, VA). This is a Best Value solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals.
