Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Office of the Administrator (OA) through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch intends to award a eleven month sole source Simplified Acquisition to Dr. Delroy M. Louden for assistance and support on issues integrating HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and mental health. Dr. Louden possesses the unique capability to provide assistance and organize forums with community groups and special populations to determine gaps in services and the need for linkages in services for HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and mental health. Provide assistance for Congressional Black Caucus reporting and hearing presentations as well as participating on the Health and Human Services Steering committee. This is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested concerns may submit a capability statement within 15 days after publication of this notice. All timely responses will be considered, however, a determination by the Government not to compete htis requirement based upon hte responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
