Description

The Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, Alabama intends to award (3) non-personal service contracts, 1 each, Medical Technician, Pharmacy Technician and Document Control Clerk from this request for quotations. Prospective contractors may quote on 1,2,or all line items. Multiple awards may be made. Services will be provided in the Health Service areas at the Federal Correctional Institution and the Federal Prison Camp in Talladega, Alabama. The Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, Alabama intends to award a base year contract for FY-2002 (October 1, 2001 -- September 30, 2002). With an option to renew the contract for (1) successive year. The estimated quantities are 240 6hr sessions per line item per year. Request for solicitation packages should be submitted in writing only. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Requests may be faxed to 256/315/4493. All responsible, responsive bids will be considered. Solicitations will be available on or about July 26, 2001. Reference Numbered Note 1.
