Description

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA intends to extend the contract period of performance for a period of one year, from 25 September 2001 through 24 September 2002, with one (1) option of 180 days and two (2) 90 day option periods, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Contract N66001-97-D-5024 with Resource Consultants, Inc., 1960 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA 22182. This action is based on the incumbent's requisite combination of corporate resources, highly specialized experience, engineering capabilities and fundamental understanding of the current systems and required end-products. Numbered Note 22 applies.
