Description

This is a synopsis for commercial services and items. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on or about 9 July 2001 for issuance by request. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. The solicitation document will be available on the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. The requested solicitation document, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. NAICS 332321. Non Personal Services to provide the following: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, accessories, vehicles, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to purchase, remove, dispose, and replace 7, 6' X 2' and 7, 6' X 3' windows with associated frames and 7 pairs of aluminum framed glass double doors in building 150, Medina Annex, Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The complete Statement of Work and list of provisions and clauses can be obtained on the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. A site visit will be made available upon request. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr2000.com or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received full solicitation package, submit written offers via fax or e-mail (oral offers will not be considered) to, 1Lt. Scott Van Skiver. The due date for all quotes will be 24 July 2001 by 3:00pm CDT. When offer is submitted please ensure to complete and include all pages of clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications.
