Description

F09609-01-R-0005-FGWB-00-0052, Repair Roof Building 731, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia. Provide all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to install a new 40-mil, single ply, membrane roofing system as identified in the specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new roofing membrane system, flashing and coping cap. The work also includes the installation new walking pads and lightning gear. The period of performance is 75 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation and installation. The contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. NAICS Code is 235610 with a size standard of $7.0M. Solicitation F09609-01-R-0005 will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP)-Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available on the internet. The solicitation will be available on the GSA Electronic Posting (EPS) system at: http://www.eps.gov on or about 26 July 2001 with proposals due on or about 28 August 2001. Paper copies will not be provided. When the solicitation is downloaded off the EPS system, it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on the EPS without notice. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
